CRZ is a product of the Lippo Group, which takes the sustainable regeneration of the textile industry as its core concept. It uses about 48 million tons of waste clothing from consumers and waste fabric from the industrial sector as raw materials, and produces them using a unique low-carbon circular process. It combines low-carbon, recycled materials and environmentally friendly materials that are sustainable and circular, thus achieving the carbon reduction goal of sustainable circularity in the textile industry chain.
CRZ offers garment-recycled yarns ranging from 20% to 100% that meet GRS certification standards. We develop and apply a variety of specifications and functions to meet different customer needs.
- Physical processing methods have lower temperature requirements and energy consumption compared to chemical methods; the chemicals used also have higher recovery rates.
- It has excellent physical properties and is similar to recycled PET bottle yarn.
- Recycling fabrics and garments can effectively reduce the use of petrochemical raw materials and lower the energy consumption and carbon emissions of finished products.
